01 Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using ChatBridge – ChatGPT & Claude AI Conversation Manager (the "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
02 Description of Service
ChatBridge is a browser extension that allows users to manage and synchronize conversation records across ChatGPT and Claude AI platforms. Features may include:
- Viewing, organizing, and managing conversation history from ChatGPT and Claude
- Synchronizing conversations across sessions and devices
- Accessing enhanced management tools available to subscribed users
The Extension operates alongside third-party AI services (OpenAI's ChatGPT and Anthropic's Claude). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to OpenAI or Anthropic. Use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
03 Account Registration
Certain features of the Extension require you to create an account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide a valid email address and maintain accurate account information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at marhoosh777@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
We may send account-related emails, including one-time login verification codes, using our email delivery provider Resend.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
04 Subscriptions and Payments
Paid Plans
ChatBridge offers paid subscription plans that unlock additional features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment processing for subscriptions and related transactions is provided by Creem. By completing a purchase, you also agree to any applicable terms and privacy practices of Creem.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan)
- You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period
- All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise indicated
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until then
- We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing with at least 14 days' advance notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

05 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Extension to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Extension
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Extension in unauthorized ways
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Extension or its servers
- Use the Extension to infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Share, resell, or sublicense your account or subscription to third parties
06 Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Extension — including its code, design, logos, and content — are owned by ChatBridge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Extension.
Conversation content you manage through the Extension remains your own. We claim no ownership over your conversation data.
07 Third-Party Services
The Extension interacts with third-party services including ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Creem, and Resend. Your use of those services, where applicable, may also be governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies:
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party services.
08 Disclaimers
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any data synced or managed through the Extension will be complete or accurate
- The Extension will remain compatible with ChatGPT or Claude if those platforms change their interfaces
09 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChatBridge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where required by law. Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Extension ends immediately
- You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply

11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which ChatBridge operates.
If you are an EU consumer, you may also have the right to submit a dispute to your local consumer protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
