How does the 7-day free trial of ChatBridge Pro work? +

You can start a free 7-day trial with full access to ChatBridge Pro features, including unlimited search, tags, and favorites. After 7 days, if you do not cancel, your membership will renew automatically, and you can cancel anytime in the subscription section of Settings.

Does the extension work on browsers other than Chrome? +

ChatBridge also supports Edge. We are actively exploring support for other browsers, so stay tuned for the latest updates.

How does ChatBridge handle data privacy and security? +

Every conversation, tag, and search is processed locally in your browser, and your data never leaves your device without your explicit permission. ChatBridge is GDPR-compliant and receives regular security updates.

What should I do if the extension is not working properly? +

First, restart your browser and make sure both your browser and the ChatBridge extension are updated to the latest version, then try disabling and re-enabling the extension. If the issue persists, contact us through the in-extension contact feedback button or email us at marhoosh777@gmail.com.
